The University of West Florida has announced an important update in how FSL will operate on campus. Throughout the months of transitioning, and great feedback from student leaders, the Office of Student Engagement will change to a new prototype with it being two full-time professional staff members solely appointed to FSL.
The Changes
Graduate assistant roles have been terminated to guarantee experienced support. All FSL communication will be directed to:

- Kylie Forehand, FSL Coordinator: [email protected]
- If any questions are broad, you could email [email protected] to ensure you are guided to the right person.
Lindsey Woods’ New Role
Senior Director Dr. Woods will no longer oversee FSL, but expressed that she is still here to support all of her students:
She stated, “Please don’t ever hesitate to invite me to your special events. I will absolutely do my best to attend and support all whenever I can.”
Why is it important?
This change is developed to heighten programming, community growth, and give organizations access to experienced staff.
