To prepare for the Tigers, Benson said that Coach Jeff Burkhamer has been switching up their usual practice regiment.

“We’ve been going a lot harder in practice,” Benson said. “Coach has been focusing on playing physical and playing all the way through a play.

“We’re going to win this one on Thursday. They got us at their place, but now they’re coming over here to play. It’s gonna be different playing on our court.”

Thursday night’s game is also 90s Night at the UWF Field House. People attending can dress up as their favorite characters, entertainers and celebrities from the 90s.
