From 7-10 p.m. this Friday, CAB will be hosting one of its biggest events of the year: CAB After Dark.

Sponsored by the Division of Student Affairs, CAB After Dark is an annual event that will take over part of the Commons parking lot (Lot H). It is a carnival featuring 15 novelties and attractions and five food vendors.

Some of the food and attractions will include funnel cakes, a bungee trampoline, a mechanical bull, and more.

Finals are less than a month away, so this is the perfect event for students to have a stress-free, inexpensive night of fun to take their minds off the pressure of studying.

This Friday night students can challenge themselves on the mechanical bull at CAB After Dark. Photo courtesy of CAB After Dark Facebook Page.

Even though it is free for UWF students, you must have a wristband to attend. You can get yours in the library and HLS facility from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. on Thursday, April 13, or the day of from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. on the front steps of the Commons, or at the gate that night. Non-UWF students are welcome but must pay $10 for admission.

Parking lot H is located west of the UWF Commons, where the event will be. The closest place to park will be in parking lots G, I or K.
